Sales & Fulfillment Intern

Reports to: Sales & Hospitality Team

Seafair is seeking an intern to support the Sales and Hospitality department in fulfillment coordination and partner support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in sales or events is preferable.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with entering data and contract deliverables into sponsorship database
  • Assist in design of PowerPoint presentations
  • Track partner contracts, insurance, and deposits
  • Coordinate, track and record contract deliverables at each event
  • Coordinate with Fulfilment manager and other departments at all events
  • Send out exhibitor packets
  • Track exhibitor insurance, payments, and other documents requested
  • Assist with onsite exhibitor booths marking and setup
  • Create and deliver welcome bags for exhibitors on site
  • Internet Research on exhibitor and sales leads
  • Work with photographers to capture interesting and creative activations
  • Assistance in planning and executing of events
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two to three years in a degree relevant to sales or events
  • Highly organized
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks while taking direction and requests from multiple people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Required to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends as assigned
  • Above all, must have a positive attitude and be a team player even on long days
  • Must have the ability to lift/carry weights of up to 20lbs
