Corporate Partnerships & Hospitality Intern

Reports to: Sr. Sales and Hospitality Manager

Seafair is seeking a summer intern to support the Corporate Partnerships and Hospitality department.The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and enjoys building professional relationships with high value corporate partners. This person must be detailed oriented, provide outstanding customer service, able to react to any situation with professionalism and a “can-do” attitude as well as effectively communicate and interact with various levels of a corporate organization.


  • Work with Seafair’s top corporate partners
  • Work closely with Sr. Sales and Hospitality manager in the pre-planning of the hospitality areas at Seafair weekend and other events as assigned
  • Assist with hospitality operations including: ticketing, parking, signage and on-site problem solving
  • Coordinate with Seafair vendors in order to deliver flawless hospitality experiences to corporate partners
  • Coordinate VIP experiences
  • Other office and event duties as assigned


  • Must be available to work June – mid August up to 40 + hours a week
  • Minimum of one to two years in a degree relevant to business, sales or events
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks while taking direction and requests from multiple people
  • Required to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends as assigned
  • Above all, must have a positive attitude and be a team player even on long days
  • Must have the ability to lift/carry weights of up to 20lbs.
