The Seafair staff works year-round to plan and produce one of Seattle’s most iconic summer festivals. As a non-profit, we are a small but mighty team that works closely with more than 2,000 volunteers, along with vendors, corporate partners and public agencies to put on our 75+ events.

Join the Seafair team! Our internship program focuses on the event industry and exclusive, large-scale events Seafair puts on. These internships can have a concentration in areas like: Operations & Production, Sales & Hospitality, Communications & Marketing, Finance & Administration, and Foundation Management. Recognizing the important part an internship plays in a student’s professional growth, our goal is to help develop the necessary skills for those who wish to excel in the event industry.
