 Age Divisions/Categories
The following are the age groups for the men's and women's divisions that will be used for award distribution:
Elite - Top three finishers of the Men's and Women's Elite Wave
Age Groups - Jrs-13-15 & 16-19, Adults-20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
Team Relay - The top two teams in Men's, Women's & Coed relay divisions with a cummulative age of 105 & Under or 106 & Over will win awards.
Friends and Family Wave
If you would like to compete with your friends and family this year, sign up for the Friends and Family Wave when you register. If you choose to compete in this wave, you will not be eligible for age group awards, but you will still be timed. This wave is open to males and females of all ages and all will start at the same time.
Tuesday Night Training with Seafair
Raise the Bar, the Pacific Northwest’s most dynamic group of triathletes and coaches that brought triathletes of all abilities together on one team, is now bringing a Seafair summer training series to Seattle for that same demographic of triathlete…….everyone.
For 6 Tuesday nights, athletes from Seattle and the surrounding areas will come together at Seward Park for training and simulated racing that will pay dividends at the most celebrated Pacific Northwest Triathlon - The Benaroya Research Institute Triathlon at Seafair on July 19.
