Results
The Torchlight Run will use chip timing provided by Athletes Lounge. Unofficial results will be posted immediately following the 2008 Wells Fargo Torchlight Run on seafair.com and athleteslounge.com. Official results will be posted approximately 24 hours after the race.

Course
Starting and finishing near Qwest Field, the beginning of the race leads runners along the Alaskan Way Viaduct and through the Battery Street Tunnel. The course then turns and takes the runners past thousands of cheering Torchlight Parade spectators as they make their way toward Qwest Field and the finish line. The 5k takes runners up the viaduct and back for a scenic 3.1 mile route.

Due to time constraints in clearing the route for the Southwest Airlines Torchlight Parade at Seafair, participants must maintain an 11-minute mile pace during the 8k and a 15-minute mile pace for the 5k. Those walking will be picked up in a courtesy vehicle.
