2009 Seafair Shuttle Information

Seafair is making it easier than ever to get to your favorite summertime event! Seafair Express shuttle service is available from Renton Shuttle Lot on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (July 31 - Aug. 2) and Eastgate Park n' Ride on Saturday & Sunday (Aug. 1 & 2) beginning one half hour before the gates open, bound for the event site for $5 roundtrip.

Children under 2 are FREE

Buses returning to the Seafair Express locations will be running every 15 minutes  throughout the day, from the same location as the drop-off, with the final buses departing Genesee Park after the fireworks show on Saturday and 90 minutes after the completion of the Championship Heat on Sunday.

Take the Light Rail!

Hop on the Sound Transit's NEW Central Link light rail at the location nearest you to get to Seafair on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Take the light rail to the Othello Station and catch a FREE Seafair Express Shuttle to the front gate or go the green way by riding all the way to the Columbia Street Station and walk the remaining way to the main gate (approx. 1 mile). At the end of your Seafair day, take the Seafair Express Shuttle going to the Othello Station so you can catch the light rail home. Standard light rail fees apply.

Bike to Seafair

Pedal down to Seafair and leave your two-wheel ride under a watchful eye in the Bicycle Corral at the Main Gate for FREE. Make sure to get to the Main Gate though because the Bicycle Corral only available there and bicycles are not allowed inside the gates at the Chevrolet Cup & KeyBank Air Show

Reminder
Parking is very limited around the event site. Streets close to the event site are closed to traffic. We strongly recommend riding the convenient Seafair Express which will bring you to Genesee Park and back the entire weekend.

Also, please arrive two hours prior to the Blue Angels performance in order to allow enough time for travel as the buses typically get very crowed near the performance time.
