Join Seafair for a celebration of our nation's independence at the Seafair Summer Fourth! This year the event boasts two locations: Gas Works Park and Lake Union Park. Both locations are FREE to the public and also feature reserved seating available for purchase. Come enjoy a day of fun that culminates in a fantastic fireworks show.

All-American games, festival-style food booths, interactive exhibits and live entertainment await you at the Seafair Summer Fourth at Gas Works Park! The park will open at noon to the public and will close after the fireworks show, around 11 p.m. Kids are welcome to participate in all-American games by the entertainment stage that include Hula Hoop Contests, Pie Eating Contests, Sack Races and more. Those 21 and over can enjoy a beverage in the Beer Garden and listen to live bands and other programming throughout the day. Watch out for incredible skydivers during the day and at twilight before the fireworks! The evening will culminate with an awe-inspiring fireworks show to celebrate the U.S.A.

South Lake Union Park

Visit Lake Union Park for a rocking entertainment stage, bustling beer garden and food vendors galore. This area will feature a large display by the Air National Guard, where attendees can check out large military vehicles and other equipment. Fireworks light the night sky to conclude this magical day of red, white and blue fun! Watch out for skydivers during the day and in the evening before the incredible fireworks show.

Ticketing
General admission to the Seafair Summer Fourth is FREE! Reserved seating is available at both Gas Works Park and South Lake Union Park - to purchase tickets, CLICK HERE.
*Children 2 and under do not need a ticket for reserved seating as long as they are on the lap of a parent and do not need their own physical seat.

Food & Beverage
Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and beverages into Gas Works Park and South Lake Union. Coolers are allowed but subject to search. Please remember that personal barbecues and alcoholic beverages are not permitted during the Seafair Summer Fourth. Gas Works Park and South Lake Union will both feature Beer Gardens for those 21 and older. A wide range of food vendors will be present at both locations.

Cheshiahud Challenge
Want to kill some time during the day before the festivities and fireworks? Get active and give yourself the chance to win tickets to Seafair Weekend by doing the Cheshiahud Challenge! Start at Lake Union Park or Gas Works Park at either the MOHAI booth or Seafair Information booth and pick up a map of the Cheshiahud Loop. Follow the 6-mile pathway and collect answers to clues and turn in your completed worksheet to Gas Works Park or Lake Union Park for the chance to win Seafair Weekend Championship Passes.

Broadcast
This July 4th watch Seattle's best fireworks show LIVE on KIRO 7! Join KIRO 7 Eyewitness News anchors Steve Raible and Angela Russell beginning at 9 p.m., where we'll take you behind the scenes to see how this amazing fireworks show comes together. When the fireworks start, KIRO 7 has every angle covered, on land, water, and in the air with Chopper 7, so you won't miss a moment of the action. This July 4th Fireworks Celebration is on KIRO 7, kirotv.com and KIRO Mobile with LIVE Coverage beginning at 9 p.m.

Today's Warm 106.9FM will be broadcasting from Gas Works Park starting at 2 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m. In addition to this broadcast if you are unable to hear the fireworks soundtrack in person or on television, tune in to Warm 106.9, where a perfectly synchronized soundtrack will be broadcasted for the complete Seafair Summer Fourth Experience.

Fireworks Show
The Seafair Summer Fourth will conclude with a fantastic fireworks show! At 10:15 p.m. Total Experience Gospel Choir will perform America the Beautiful and the National Anthem. 
Following, three Howitzer cannons will fire to start the much-anticicpated fireworks show. The fireworks will start at 10:20 p.m. and will last about 20 minutes. WARM 106.9 FM will broadcast the synchronized fireworks show soundtrack featuring many Seattle artists including Pearl Jam, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Heart, Jimi Hendrix and more!

Western Display Fireworks, the pyrotechnic company for the Seafair Summer Fourth, is a fourth generation family-owned business offering the finest in pyrotechnic productions. With over 60 years of experience, Western Display Fireworks are the oldest and largest aerial display company in the Northwest and are a part of hundreds of celebrations annually. The fireworks are fully choreographed to the Seafair Summer Fourth musical score, utilizing cutting edge technology, embracing in crowd favorites like the weeping willow fireworks.

About Total Experience Gospel Choir
Hailed as one of the Pacific Northwest's finest soulful ensembles, Total Experience Choir has been mesmerizing crowds for over four decades. Pastor Patrinell Staten Wright started the group as a gospel music class at Seattle's Franklin High School in 1973. Since then the choir has grown to become an internationally recognized gospel-singing group. Pastor Wright is former Seafair royalty and served as Queen Alcyone in 2002.
